These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of plumbing services by
Delta Plumbing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the use of our website,
communications, and services. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Delta Plumbing LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to repairs,
installations, maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency services. All services are performed in accordance with
applicable local and state plumbing codes.
Estimates and Pricing
- Estimates are based on the scope of work described and are subject to change if site conditions, customer requests, or unforeseen circumstances arise.
- Additional work not included in the original estimate may result in additional charges and will be communicated prior to proceeding when possible.
- Prices do not include unforeseen repairs, permit fees, or inspections unless specifically stated in writing.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees, collection costs, or interest as permitted by law.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or refuse service for non-payment.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customer shall provide reasonable access to the work area and ensure safe working conditions.
- Customer is responsible for identifying and disclosing known issues, utilities, or hazards prior to work commencement.
- Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for drywall repair, painting, flooring, and fixture supply.
Warranties
- Delta Plumbing LLC warrants labor for a limited period as required by law or specified in writing.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment or materials supplied and are subject to manufacturer terms.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delta Plumbing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage beyond the work area, or business interruption.
Delays and Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, material shortages, utility issues, or acts of God.
SMS Communications

Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to service fees.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which services are performed.
Modifications
Delta Plumbing LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
