My experience with Delta Plumbing was stellar; from scheduling with Courtney to communication with John the plumber. John scoped out the situation prior to the call and called to discuss prior to arriving. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this group.
After calling with an emergency when my garbage disposal started backing up in my tub, Jon was out the same day to resolve the issue. He went above and beyond, was extremely professional, and communicated every step of the way. We had an amazing experience with Delta Plumbing. We scheduled a next day appointment to have our flange and pipe replaced in our bathroom and they were in and out in less than an hour. It was done perfectly and the whole process was explained to us. We were quoted almost $2000 from another company in the area and the completed the task for less than 1/3 of the cost. Will be keeping their number and using the for future services!
The folks over at Delta plumbing are awesome. Megan and Lauren in the office over communicated appointment times and when their plumber would be at my house. The plumber, John showed up within the 2 hour window they gave me and even called 40 minutes before he showed up to let me know he was on his way. John was clean, professional and explained all our options. Great company and better people.
